 rican Revolution) at the Tomball Gazebo for a public reading of the Declar
 ation of Independence — just as it was first read aloud to the public on
  July 8\, 1776. Part of America 250's nationwide 'Sharing the Spirit of Am
 erica' simultaneous reading honoring the spirit of 1776\, held coast to co
 ast at the same moment. The program includes the pledges and national anth
 em\, a color guard presentation\, a chance to sign a commemorative Declara
 tion of Independence\, photos with life-size George Washington and Thomas 
 Jefferson stand-ups\, patriotic photo props\, and children's coloring page
 s and stickers. Free and family-friendly\, all ages welcome. Bring folding
