Mimi's Internet Café + Marketplace
Coffee shop and vendor marketplace coming to the corner of W Main and S Elm, from Mimi of Mimi's Ethiopian Cuisine. The plan: a coffee program built around an anchor coffee maker, pastries and grab-and-go treats, and retail space for artists, vintage curators, booksellers, plant people, and handmade goods — all under one roof, open late (11am–9pm). A community-focused craft brewery and restaurant taking root in Old Town Tomball, opening in fall 2026 in the former Fire Ant Brewpub space at 308 Market St. Southern Oak Brewing carries the tagline "Southern roots. Crafted together." and aims to revitalize Old Town's original brewpub location with house-brewed beer and food. Coming soon.
